No authentication is needed for basic access. Send
`OpenService`.
Browser limitations: the endpoint is only reachable over plain `http` on
port 8080, so browsers block requests from `https` pages (mixed content).
It also answers CORS preflight (`OPTIONS`) requests with 404, so even
from an `http` page a browser cannot send XML to it. "Try it" from a
documentation page will not work. Use curl or a server-side client.
Errors in the request content are reported inside the response's
`DeliveryPayload` as an `ErrorMessage` element with HTTP 200. Malformed
XML or an unsupported content type yields HTTP 400 with an HTML body.
