    Things to know:

    - Most endpoints take a POST with a JSON body. Always send `"format": "json"`.
    - Timestamps in responses use the Microsoft JSON date format, see `MsDate`.
    - Coordinates are Gauss-Krüger zone 4 (GK4) values, mostly integers.
      Some fields carry GK4 values with decimals.
    - Stop IDs can be given as numeric VVO IDs (`33000028`) or as DHIDs
      (`de:14612:28`).
    - Errors are reported in the `Status` object. Validation errors use HTTP
      400, other errors often come back with HTTP 200 and a `Status.Code`
      other than `Ok`.
    - The server sends `Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *` and answers CORS
      preflight requests, so it can be called from a browser.
    - Occasional 503 responses and timeouts happen. Retry with backoff, cache
      what you can and keep request volume low.
